Tortilla Crusted Tilapia
  • 1 cup Tortillas - crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 4 - 6 ounce Fresh Tilapia Filets
  • Place I bag of tortillas in a 1 gallon plastic bag and crumble using a rolling pin or the bottom of a cold pan.
  • Combine mayonnaise and lime juice in mixing bowl
  • Sprinkle coated tilapia filets with tortilla crumbs
  • Place crusted Tilapia Filets on Non-stick baking sheet
  • Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Serve with Fresh Salsa or Pico di gallo
