Crab Stuffed Colossal Shrimp
  • 12 Colossal Shrimp Peeled & Deveined
  • 3 Prepared Crab Cakes
  • Lemon Wedges for Service
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Seafood Seasoning
  • Peel and Deveined Shrimp
  • Divide each crab cake into quarters
  • Insert a skewer or crab cake into each shrimp at base and just above the tail and through the crab cake mixture to retain shape during cooking
  • Heat Butter in non-stick sauté pan – do not allow to brown
  • Brush each stuffed shrimp with butter and lightly season with seafood seasoning
  • Place on Non-stick baking tray and bake at 350 degrees for 12-12 minutes until done (155 degrees)
